Consultation
We start with a discovery phase, where we introduce you to our team of experts for an introductory consultation. This step is where we gather all the information we need about your specific application, including material properties, size, thickness, and shape. To get started, call (973) 427-3311 and speak to one of our packaging experts.
Formulation
Next, our expert chemical engineers create the most cost-efficient custom resin formulation with all of the required material properties.
Design
Once we have a functional material, our production team designs a form and process to create your specific product dimensions.
Extrusion
With a solid plan in place, we begin bringing our concepts to life. We take our resin formulation and extrude them into a film to start the manufacturing process.
Flexographic Printing
If requested, we run your film through our in-line flexographic printer to brand your products with a custom graphic, either one or two-sided, and up to four colors.
Converting
Once off the production line, we send the film to our converting department, where our team creates your final product.
Custom Packaging & Delivery
With the products finished, we package and ship them to your exact specifications to ensure safekeeping and on-time delivery.
