Specialty Resins
We carefully select our proprietary resins to ensure the highest quality of product possible. Our UltraPure films come in both solar and electronics grade, with the highest degree of purity.
We work to ensure supply chain integrity with multiple approved solar and electronics grade resins. Our material data sheets are available upon request. Although we have various resins to choose from, we will not change your pre-approved resin unless requested.
Pristine Clean Rooms
Our Class 1000 (or Class 7) Clean Rooms are equipped with custom-built machines to ensure the air quality in our manufacturing environment.
This specialized equipment works to minimize total ash content (TAC) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) in our products. Our highly trained cleanroom employees are equipped with proper PPE to avoid any human contamination.

We tailor our custom-built manufacturing process to minimize product defects such as angel hairs, gels, carbons, or seal issues.
We can manufacture gloves, bags, tubing, and sheeting, either gusseted or flat, up to 20 mil (508 microns) to ensure puncture resistance. Our ISO-certified facility follows strict manufacturing standards for a smooth auditing process and accurate product traceability.
Mindful Packing and Shipping
We double bag each bundle of products in its own material to ensure product purity and integrity of the cleanroom environment.
We can also implement special packing requests to give you peace-of-mind that your valuable products will arrive safely. We also offer stocking options and, with our logistics partners’ help, on-time delivery to ensure supply chain integrity.
