Facilities
NEXUS is located in a 82,000 sq ft plant in Hawthorne, New Jersey, which houses 33 blown film extruder lines, in-line bag machines, converting machines and printing presses offering one to four color printing.
Nexus maintains on-site warehousing where finished goods are securely packaged and placed on pallets, then clearly marked and segregated for proper storage and easy shipment.
On December 22nd, 2003 Nexus was awarded ISO 9001: 2000 Certification by DNV after successfully making a transition from ISO: 9002:1994. Our certification is valid for the quality system we employ in the manufacturing of custom made flexible plastic packaging, such as bags, sheeting and tubing for the pharmaceutical, chemical, industrial, food packaging, and retail industries.
